Loan/Lien information

This Jeep has an active loan through GM financial which I’m upfront about so there are no surprises. I will absolutely work with you to make a safe and easy transaction for both parties


• Financing through your bank or credit union: Your lender pays GM Financial directly, and I receive any remaining balance. This is the simplest option.
• Escrow service: Payment goes through a neutral third-party escrow company, which pays off the loan and releases funds only when the terms are met.
• In person: We can complete the paperwork together at your bank.

Once the loan is paid off, GM Financial releases the lien and the title is processed. That can take up to about 30 days depending on the state. I'll provide the official payoff statement and keep you updated until the title is in your hands.
